All packages will be shipped via Canada Post. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. All Shipping fees are calculated at check-out based on the address provided.

In-stock products ship within 72 hours of placing order. Back-ordered products will ship based on availability and may take up to 30 days to fulfill. 

Actual delivery times depend on origin, destination, weather conditions and other factors. 

No, all purchases are final sale. 

All claims for products damaged in transit must be made within 24 hours of delivery with a photo to info@knotsville.ca. Refund or replacements are subject to discretion.
